• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, identifying key issues that need to be addressed.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that promote healing, using proven therapeutic methodologies.

As an LMFT at our clinic, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including couples experiencing relationship difficulties, families grappling with communication issues, and individuals seeking personal growth and emotional stability. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Exhibit qualities of empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental approach toward clients’ experiences.

• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for family and couple therapy, and familiarity with tools like DSM-5.
• Previous involvement in outreach programs or collaborative projects within the mental health field is an advantage.
