Each to celebrate us as works-in-progress, and the personal and collective expression that is a part of that.

About the job

We are looking to hire a full-time Graphic Designer, Marketing for Madhappy.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating primarily digital-driven marketing assets across Madhappy's owned channels, including email, social, and website. You will partner closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Ecommerce teams to translate campaigns, product launches, and brand moments into polished, on-brand visual assets that drive engagement across digital touchpoints.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency, moves quickly across a high volume of deliverables, and is energized by producing work that performs in fast-moving digital environments. This role requires flexibility around campaign and launch timelines, including occasional evening and weekend support based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Email & Lifecycle Design

    • Design email campaigns including product launches, promotions, newsletters, and brand storytelling moments

    • Build and maintain modular email templates that support fast turnaround across a busy send calendar

    • Partner with the Marketing team to ensure email content aligns with campaign strategy, timelines, and brand voice

    • Optimize layouts for mobile rendering, load times, and deliverability best practices

    Social & Digital Campaign Assets

    • Create graphic assets for paid and organic social (Instagram, TikTok, and beyond), including static, carousel, and templated content

    • Support execution of campaign toolkits, translating core creative into channel-specific digital formats

    • Collaborate with the Social and Creative teams to ensure design output aligns with the brand's visual identity and current campaigns

    Website & Ecommerce Design

    • Design digital assets for madhappy.com, including homepage banners, collection pages, landing pages, and promotional placements

    • Partner with the Ecommerce and Web teams to ensure assets are sized, exported, and optimized correctly for site implementation

    • Support the visual execution of product launches and drops across the site experience

    Cross-Functional Design Support

    • Maintain organized file structures, templates, and brand asset libraries for marketing use

    • Ensure all marketing assets are consistent with brand guidelines, tone, and typography standards

    • Manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities across a fast-paced marketing calendar

    • Partner with Creative Producers and Marketing Operations to track deliverables and ensure timely handoff of final files

About you

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally within a fashion, lifestyle, or DTC marketing environment

  • Sharp eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency

  • Ability to work quickly and manage a high volume of deliverables without sacrificing quality

  • Comfortable working within established brand guidelines and executing against creative and marketing briefs

  • Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams and stakeholders

  • Passion for fashion, culture, storytelling, and community-driven brands

Benefits

  • 15 days PTO, and 9 days sick pay annually

  • Paid holidays

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance with 75% premium coverage by Madhappy
