Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and helping customers have a smooth, positive experience? Join our team at the Madison Airport and play a key role in keeping our rental operation running efficiently this summer!


As a Rental Lot Associate, you'll work outdoors across our airport rental lots to ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for customers. You'll use a handheld mobile device to update vehicle status, assist customers during pickup and return, and help coordinate vehicle movement to support a fast-paced operation.


This is a full-time seasonal position for the summer. Compensation will be $18-20 per hour, with weekend hours paid at an additional shift differential of $2 per hour.


Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Inventory - Track and record vehicle status using a mobile handheld device.
  • Customer Support - Greet customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Vehicle Check-In/Out - Record mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition; enter information into our system accurately.
  • Vehicle Inspection- Review vehicles for body damage, mileage, and fuel level
  • Lot Organization - Ensure vehicles are clean, available, and positioned correctly for rental.
  • Vehicle Movement - Drive and reposition a variety of vehicles as needed.
