What is a seasonal loader?

Seasonal Loaders are workers hired by companies, especially in industries like shipping, logistics, and retail, to help manage increased workloads during peak seasons such as holidays or sales events. These positions are typically temporary and may require physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours.
