Lawn & Landscape Technician

Location: Pipestone, MN • Flandreau, SD • Dell Rapids, SD Area

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour + Performance-Based Bonuses

Limo’s Lawncare LLC is a growing lawn and landscape company serving residential and commercial customers throughout the Pipestone, MN, Flandreau, SD, and Dell Rapids, SD areas. We are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual who takes pride in quality work and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company.

Position Summary

This position will primarily focus on lawn mowing and property maintenance, with opportunities to assist on landscape projects, shrub trimming, aeration and overseeding, fall cleanups, and snow removal throughout the year.

Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial lawn mowing equipment
  • Perform string trimming and property detailing
  • Assist with landscape installation projects
  • Install mulch, edging, plants, and landscape materials
  • Perform shrub trimming and landscape maintenance
  • Assist with aeration and overseeding services
  • Perform spring and fall cleanups
  • Operate trucks, trailers, and equipment safely
  • Maintain a professional appearance on customer properties
  • Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Dependable and punctual
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Experience in lawn care, landscaping, farming, construction, trucking, or equipment operation is helpful but not required
