Job description

**PLEASE READ JOB DESCRIPTION & DUTIES CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING**
This is a seasonal position (October thru January). We'll work with your schedule if needed.
Hours: Mornings and Afternoons Mon-Fri with option to work Saturdays and Sundays
We are looking to hire crews ASAP! Awesome ownership, great hours, flexible and competitive pay.
Job Description: Install outdoor holiday lighting on residential and commercial properties. This also includes taking down lights in January and any service calls, as necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Must be comfortable and safe while working on ladders (in all weather conditions)
  • Must be comfortable working outside all day and in all weather conditions
  • Must be comfortable working on houses and different types of roof tops
  • Must be willing and able to perform manual labor up to 8 - 12 hours per day
  • Maintain excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift between 50 - 100lbs
  • Hands on training will be provided

Job Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1 year of general labor or construction preferred
  • Reliable transportation to and from our warehouse in West Orange, NJ

Other Information: Decorate With Lights of North Central NJ is a seasonal operation, owned and managed by Dan Smith of Mosquito Shield of North Central NJ. There will be opportunities in the 2022 season (April - October) for Mosquito Shield technicians as well.
