Job description

Overview
The Omni Operations Analyst supports omnichannel order management through data analysis, performance reporting, and operational insights across the full customer order lifecycle. This role is responsible for identifying performance trends, conducting root cause analysis, and delivering actionable recommendations that improve operational efficiency, order quality, and customer experience. Partnering cross-functionally across fulfillment, store operations, digital, technology, finance, and customer experience, this position supports continuous improvement across the omnichannel network.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational performance across the full order lifecycle, including order placement, fulfillment, delivery, post-purchase activity, and returns
  • Monitor key omnichannel KPIs to identify trends, variances, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Perform root cause analysis on operational issues impacting speed, accuracy, cost, and customer experience
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate issues, support initiatives, and resolve operational challenges
  • Support process and technology initiatives by translating business needs into data-driven requirements, performance metrics, and success measures
  • Contribute to peak planning, capacity analysis, scenario modeling, and risk assessments for seasonal and promotional demand
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, business reviews, and decision support materials
  • Analyze vendor and partner performance to identify service and operational improvement opportunities

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in fulfillment analytics, supply chain operations, or omnichannel retail
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred

  • Experience with order management systems, warehouse management systems, or fulfillment platforms
  • Experience supporting retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel operational environments
