Waverly Heights is currently seeking a full-time Landscaper to join our team. Waverly Heights sits on a 63-acre campus which is a designated Level 1 Arboretum. Our residents and administration are proud of our landscapers who truly take pride in making Waverly such a beautiful place! Our Landscaper's job responsibilities include:mowing, edging, weeding trimming shrubs, and maintaining flower beds to ensure the campus's overall appearance is neat and well keptwatering and fertilizing plants, trees, and flowers to promote healthy growth and vibrant landscaping inspecting trees for signs of disease or damage and performing pruning necessary to ensure safety and healthplanting seasonal flowers and foliage to enhance the campus's visual appeal and create a welcoming atmospherekeeping outdoor areas free from litter and empty trash bins to maintain a clean and pleasant environmentkeeping pathways and walkways clear of obstacles and identify any areas in need of repair during autumn months, assist in leaf blowing, raking, and removal necessary to maintain a safe and clean environmentduring winter months, assist in snow and ice removal from walkways, driveways and common areas to ensure safety performing other duties to support the effective operations of the landscaping department.Our full-time Landscapers are scheduled up to 40 hours per week and requires some flexibility in hours during emergent inclement weather events. Previous landscaping experience is required. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer services skills, a positive attitude, work well in a team environment, and have the ability and willingness to learn.
