The mission ofthe Distribution departmentistodeliver Everyday Luxury experiences through a seamless and structured Distribution Network.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Distributionteam isgrowing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible forthe seamless flow of product and supplies into, within, and out of a Distribution Centre. Asthe Seasonal Associate, Distribution, youwill execute the day-to-day Distribution Centre operations that enable us to Deliver our Everyday Luxury experience to our clientsand boutiques. THE ROLE

As theSeasonal Associate, Distribution, you will:

  • Efficiently receive and process shipments arriving to the Distribution Centre

  • Execute required processes to pick, pack, and ship products to our customers

  • Accurately move inventory within the Distribution Centre

  • Follow and uphold industry-leading safety standards and health best practices

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The SeasonalAssociate, Distributionhas:

  • Thedetermination and good judgement to deliver reliable results

  • The desire to thrive on a high-performance team

  • The commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's values and standards

  • The ability to:

  • Lift up to 50 poundsfrequently

  • Stand or walk up to 8-hours per shift

  • Work in an environment reliant on visual and auditory safety cues

THE LOGISTICS

Essential logistical details include:

  • Weoperatea morning shift from 6am - 2pm, an afternoon shift from 2 - 10pm, and a night shift from 10pm - 6am (all on select days)

  • Seasonal Associates must be available for a minimum of 4 shifts per week and during peak periods areencouraged to increase their availability to5 shifts per week

  • Open availability is preferred, with a particular need for afternoons and weekends

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $24-27.50CAD/hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as shift premiums and job-related certifications.
