Goliath Grower Services is seeking energetic and adaptable individuals to join our team for a fast-paced, rewarding season in our Garden Centre!

Position Summary

Join our dynamic team for a 5-6 week seasonal pop-up Garden Centre, operating from late April to June. As a Garden Centre Associate, you'll wear multiple hats-supporting order receiving and set-up, providing outstanding customer service, caring for live goods, handling cash at the till, and assisting with inventory control. You'll work outdoors in a small, collaborative team (1-2 other associates), rotating between morning, midday, and afternoon shifts. This role is physically demanding and ideal for garden lovers who thrive on variety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and set up plant and product orders

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer support

  • Care for plants: watering, maintenance, and monitoring plant health

  • Operate the cash register and process sales transactions

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and restock displays

  • Keep work area clean, safe, and organized

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements
  • Passion for plants, gardening, and customer service

  • Extremely reliable and punctual
