Job description

Booster Enterprises is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team for seasonal employment from August through October. As a member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of products from our warehouse in Alpharetta, GA, to schools across all over USA. We have openings for warehouse associates, with responsibilities that may include picking, packing, scanning, palletizing, and shipping.

Responsibilities:

  • Punctually arrive and be ready to start each shift on time.
  • Efficiently pick orders in a fast-paced environment, assisting teammates as needed.
  • Accurately scan orders using our Inventory Management system to maintain order precision.
  • Pack scanned orders into supplied boxes, labeling each with the student's name and order number.
  • Keep your work area clean, including breaking down cardboard boxes and maintaining general cleanliness.
  • Enjoy your work and strive to complete all daily orders with dedication.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods throughout the entire shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move packages typically weighing up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier loads up to 75 pounds.
  • Flexibility to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and perform repetitive tasks in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
  • Ability to push, pull, and maneuver heavy carts and pallets across various surfaces within the warehouse.
  • Capacity to climb ladders and work at heights when required to retrieve or store inventory.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and stamina during the shift, ensuring continuous productivity.
  • Comfort working in varying temperatures, which may include cooler or warmer conditions depending on the area of the warehouse.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with hours varying between 30-40 hours per week.
  • A positive attitude, teamwork skills, and the ability to be on your feet throughout the day.
