Job description

Job Summary:
Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is the world's leading mobile computing platform provider, committed to enabling the deployment of intelligent solutions across various devices. In this role, you will work in a dynamic research environment as part of a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on architecting, designing, developing, testing, and deploying on-device prototype software for AI use cases.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong Python and object-oriented SW design and implementation skills.
• Knowledge of deep learning and ML frameworks (i.e. PyTorch).
• Strong software design skills with a focus on usability.
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
• Knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
• Knowledge of neural network model optimization and on-target deployment is a plus.
• Knowledge of NPUs / ML accelerators.
• Knowledge of Android programming is plus.
• Optimization of algebraic operations in algorithms for HW cores is a plus.
• Knowledge of C/C++ and embedded software.
