We’re looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join us as Tanning Consultants. In this position, you’ll represent our brand, guide clients through their tanning options, and support them in achieving their ideal glow.

Key ResponsibilitiesYour daily responsibilities may include:
  • Welcoming clients and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive
  • Evaluating skin types and recommending the most suitable tanning equipment, products, and safety guidelines
  • Explaining the tanning process clearly, answering questions, and ensuring clients feel comfortable and informed
  • Keeping tanning rooms and common areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Recommending and selling lotions and retail products based on client needs
  • Consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat visits
  • Maintaining accurate client records, including preferences and tanning history
  • Opening and closing the salon according to company standards
