Job description

Overview
The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Driver. The Driver delivers vehicles and in some instances, customers, employees or vendors safely and timely to the appropriate destination(s) while giving helpful, courteous and professional customer service. This position pays $15.00 / hour and is located at 332 Iyannough Rd Hyannis, MA 02601
The seasonal window begins on or after May 1, 2026 ends on or before October 31, 2026 and cannot exceed 180 days.

Multiple schedules are available, inclusive of weekends and holidays. We are hiring for both full time (40 hours/week) and part time (25 hours/week) schedules. Schedule to be discussed during interview process. Must be available to work weekends and additional days during the week
Preferred schedule is Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
- Saturday/Sunday - 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
- Monday/Friday- 7:00 am - 6:00 pm

Responsibilities
  • Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road
  • Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner
  • Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles
  • Notify Manager of any customer or vehicle problems including daily maintenance, including but not limited to ensuring proper oil, tire and fluid levels
  • Ensure proper fuel tank level and fill with gasoline, if needed
  • Complete paperwork associated with pick-up and delivery of vehicles
  • Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely
  • May be asked to clean vehicle and/or keep bus clean during shift
  • May be asked to assist customers with directions, car options, luggage loading and unloading and basic policy/procedures
  • Practice safe driving with attention to detail and thoroughness in order to prevent injury to others and damage to all vehicles in operation
  • A variety of vehicles are driven in all weather and road conditions

  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Seasonal employees may work for up to 180 days during a defined season (FT or PT hours). They must experience a 3 month break in service at the end of the season prior to working again as a seasonal or a regular employee.
