Job description

This is a remote position.

Position Title: Senior Network Planning Engineer

Please note: This is a GIS-first network planning role, not a traditional OSP design or field-construction position. The role requires demonstrated experience using GIS, spatial analysis, network data, and demand modeling to determine where fiber should be deployed and to guide network expansion and investment decisions. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to OSP route design, permitting, construction drawings, or field engineering will not be a strong match unless they also have substantial experience applying GIS to strategic fiber planning.

Base Salary: $110,434 to $162,000 annually DOE

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, flexible spending account, paid sick leave and paid time off, parental leave, quarterly performance bonus, training, career growth and education reimbursement programs.
