The Expeditor (Expo) helps bring the fan (guest) experience to life by ensuring every dish is delivered with precision, timing, and care. Serving as the connection point between the kitchen and front-of-house, this role ensures a smooth, coordinated flow of service-so every fan interaction feels seamless, elevated, and memorable.
Responsibilities:

  • Bring the Pillars of Service (Connected, Optimistic, Service Oriented, and Memorable) to life through team and fan (guests) interactions
  • Prepare and deliver all orders accurately, ensuring special instructions are executed with attention to detail and presentation meets company standards-creating a memorable experience for every fan.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including menus, specials, seasonal items, and promotions, to confidently guide guests and enhance their overall experience.
  • Deliver a service-oriented experience by anticipating fan (guest) needs, responding promptly, and going beyond expectations to ensure satisfaction.
  • Foster a connected team environment by supporting fellow team members, communicating clearly, and contributing to a one-team approach that prioritizes the fan( guest) experience.
  • Engage fans (guests) a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.
