Excavation Foreman

 Earn a $2,500 Sign-on Bonus!

Job Summary

As an Excavation Foreman, you will complete all residential plumbing installations efficiently and accurately to ensure a consistent customer experience!

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Customer Experience: Follow our install system, educate customers on products and services , and establish excellent customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction and provide the right products and services.

  • Quality & Safety: Ensure jobs are appropriately installed, sign off on the job quality checklist , and maintain a clear understanding of equipment operations and safety guidelines for machinery.

  • Workmanship: Deliver quality workmanship while possessing the necessary tools to do the job.

  • Data & Tracking: Record crucial job data (including job folders, checklists, pictures, etc.) , clock in and out accurately , and review your time card for accuracy to report any discrepancies.

  • Daily Operations: Attend mandatory team meetings , participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor sessions , and meet/exceed key performance requirements.

  • Coordination: Communicate routinely with the Install Coordinator and debrief with dispatch after each completed job.

  • Asset Care: Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck , clean and stock your truck , and report any truck damages, broken equipment, or supply shortages to the warehouse.

  • Mentorship & Culture: Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations. Stay knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees , maintaining a professional appearance to win new referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications
  • CDL or Class A CDL preferred

  • Skilled in operating a backhoe, dump truck, and excavator equipment

  • Ability to maneuver a dump truck and trailer up to 22ft

  • Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software

  • An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team

  • Offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Workweek & Physical Requirements
  • Hours: A typical work week consists of eight (8) to ten (10) hour days, five (5) days per week.

  • Schedule: Daily start time is 6:30 am (not prior). Includes a daily 30-minute lunch break that auto-documents from your timecard.

  • Seasonal Demand: During peak times and seasonal extreme weather-related events, the position may require long hours.

  • Physical Capability: Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions.

  • Compensation: Compensation includes hourly pay plus a bonus program based on Stacked Sold Hours.

  • Benefits Timeline: Position features a 90-day probationary period with no unapproved absences, tardies, or early dismissals. Upon completion of 90 days, your healthcare/benefits will start.
