Job description

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll be plugged into the heart of the Nike Basketball portfolio-helping connect the priorities, plans, and decisions that fuel some of the most iconic and influential work in the game. This role sits at the intersection of sport, product, brand, athlete, marketplace, and seasonal execution, helping bring the full basketball offense together with clarity, energy, and momentum.
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with cross-functional partners across Product, Brand, Merchandising, Planning, Marketplace, Sports Marketing, and Athlete Business -connecting the people and workstreams that bring bold basketball concepts to life for athletes and consumers around the world. You'll help teams stay aligned, make timely decisions, and move with the speed and focus required to deliver against the Nike Basketball portfolio.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a self-starter who brings energy, curiosity, and a bias for action to work that moves fast, shifts often, and requires strong enterprise connectivity. This person thrives in a highly cross-functional environment and knows how to create clarity where there is complexity-connecting the dots across teams, translating strategy into action, and helping move sport-driven concepts from idea to execution. They are a clear, influential communicator and trusted collaborator who can bring diverse partners together, tailor the right level of detail for the audience, and align teams around shared priorities. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple stakeholders and timelines, and leading through influence while keeping the athlete and consumer at the center of the work. They operate with discipline inside Nike's Operating Rhythm and Seasonal Enterprise Process and are energized by the challenge of turning complex work into focused, measurable progress for the Nike Basketball portfolio.
We are looking for someone who can bring the following strengths to the team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a project management related role
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, highly cross-functional environments and brings energy, curiosity, and a bias for action to the work.
  • A clear, influential communicator who can simplify complexity, create alignment, and tailor the right level of detail for the audience-from working teams to senior leaders.
  • A disciplined operator with strong organizational skills who can manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders with focus, accountability, and follow-through.
  • A connector and integrator who brings diverse partners together, builds shared understanding, lands key decisions, and helps teams move forward with clarity and momentum.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate your assigned areas into seasonal execution, connecting key workstreams through the end-to-end process and driving alignment, decisions, and momentum across the teams.
  • Own end-to-end IBA execution for your assigned areas of the basketball portfolio, including agenda setting, facilitation, recaps, follow-up tracking, and action management that create clarity and support decision-making.
  • Prepare the teams of you assigned areas to drive seasonal readiness as they prepare to integrate across the Nike Basketball Portfolio for key CODE moments by proactively surfacing risks, gaps, decisions, and trade-offs so teams can stay aligned, make timely calls, and remain on the offense.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the leaders of your assigned area, helping shape business priorities, priority projects, and the operating discipline required to move the work forward.

We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
