What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Accurately enter consumer enrollment data into user-friendly systems like HealthSherpa, EDE platforms, and carrier portals to drive efficient enrollment.
Validate and reconcile data from agents, CRM tools, or intake forms, uploading critical documents (e.g., proof of income, identity) to meet CMS requirements.
Ensure proper plan selection, subsidy eligibility, and tax credit application per Federal Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) guidelines.
Identify and flag incomplete, duplicate, or inconsistent records, routing them for resolution to keep operations running smoothly.
Document key milestones with timestamps for compliance auditing, contributing to audit-ready standards.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy benchmarks set by the Enrollment Manager, thriving in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all consumer PII/PHI, adhering to HIPAA and CMS regulations.
What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications):
Fast typing skills: 60 words per minute (assessment required).
1+ year of data entry or administrative support experience (ACA or healthcare experience is a plus).
Comfort in high-volume, time-sensitive settings with strong attention to detail, keyboarding, multitasking, and system navigation skills.
Availability for evenings and weekends during peak OEP volume.
No Health and Life Insurance License required-we'll pay for your licensing training!
Familiarity with ACA platforms like HealthSherpa, EDE systems, or carrier portals is a plus.
