Were looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to ensuring client satisfaction. You'll play an important role in supporting our clients, assisting our agents, and helping the agency continue to grow.

Support the agency team with administrative tasks and client follow-ups.

Ensure compliance with agency and carrier standards.
