Volante Farms in Needham, MA is a place for all seasons. As a fourth-generation family run farm, farm stand, and garden center Volante Farms has over one hundred years in the community. In 2012, the farm stand was remodeled adding two kitchens, a deli, bakery, and an ice cream stand/coffee bar.


We are looking for a Bakery Associate to join our growing team! Our goal is to make great food using great ingredients, focusing on scratch cooking, and using our homegrown produce.


This position is not seasonal. We are looking for someone full time, year round.


Our Bakery Associate will:

  • Open and close the bakery, ice cream, and coffee bars
  • Serve customers
  • Assist in packaging breads and preparing pre packaged items
  • Make custom coffee drinks, scoop ice cream
  • Bake pastries for bakery case

This position is an early morning position. Shifts begin at 5am.


The Bakery Associate will be offered benefits if full time, including 401K, profit sharing, competitive wages, insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts.
