Mitigation Lead Technician - Full Time (Oahu)

Here at PuroClean, we are Kama'aina, a locally owned and operated franchise, looking to bring on Lead Technicians dedicated to being heroes in our community. We service the island of Oahu in property emergencies caused by water, fire, mold, and biohazard or crime scene materials. A Lead Technician works closely with the Production Manager to ensure that each job is safe and performed at industry standards.
You are the right hero for the Mitigation Lead Technician position if you have the following characteristics:

Job Duties:
- Drives company vehicles with crew and equipment to job sites all over the island
- Assess property damage, provide proper job scope, prepare and estimates when necessary
- Follow industry standards for water mitigation, mold remediation, fire restoration, and biohazard/trauma & crime scene clean up
- Complete detailed sketch and take photos
- Manage jobs from beginning to end and oversee Technicians and Technician Assistants
- Equipment and warehouse maintenance/cleaning
- Provides assistance to Production Manager
- Resolves problems and coordinates solutions for jobs through collaboration and communication with team members
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Willing to work on-call, after hours rotation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Pass background check and drug testing
- IICRC certified or can get certifications and open to continuing education
- Experience with MICA, Xactimate, and Dash software preferred
- At least 3 years of restoration experience
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
