Requirements:

  • The accountability. Responsible for quality of work, as well as proper maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
  • The education. High school diploma, or a combo of education, training, and experience.
  • The drive. Must have a valid driver’s license with no major violations.

Bonus Points:
  • IICRC Certifications such as WRT, AMRT, ASD, and/or FSRT
  • Experience with trauma/crime scene clean-up
  • Experience with crawlspace encapsulation
  • Knowledge and experience with Encircle and/or Xcelerate job management systems
 Physical Requirements :
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
