Seneca also provides vegetable products to other companies under various co-pack arrangements. 2026 Seasonal Production Employment Seneca Foods Corporation in Cambria-West, WI is seeking seasonal production workers for its 2026 production season.Peas - mid-June through late July Beans- early July through late September Corn - early August through mid-OctoberThis timeframe is tentative and can be affected by the weather and crop availability. Seneca provides safe working conditions, paid overtime over 40 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and on-the-job training.The manufacturing plant typically runs 24 hours per day and 7 days per week, but shift start/end times may vary as well as the number of days worked per week due to weather and the crop that is available to harvest.Positions available include: Line Workers Machine Operators Forklift Operators Sanitation Workers Maintenance positions And other roles Job duties include: • Fulfill various production line positions in our food production facility processing fresh vegetables.• Perform sanitation functions on a regular basis to prepare the plant for the next scheduled production run.• Provide relief during other employee's break periods.• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety policies/procedures.• Maintain a clean and safe work area.• Other duties as assigned.
