• Maintain a sanitary and safe working environment while strictly following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, complemented by appropriate ASCP or AMT certification training.

Certifications

• Attain ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
