POSITION: Inbound Sales Representative
This is not your average call center role. As an Inbound Sales Representative with Insight Pest Solutions, youโll be the first point of contact for homeowners looking for solutions to their pest problems. Your primary focus will be answering inbound calls, educating customers on our services, and converting leads into recurring pest control service agreements.
This is a fast-paced, in-office sales environment where success comes from strong communication, confidence, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Youโll work closely with our operations and service teams to create a smooth customer experience from the first call through the completion of service.

PAY
COMMISSION STRUCTURERecurring Service Agreements
Earn 4% commission on first-year contract revenue
Commission is based on serviced contract revenue
Commission is earned once the Initial Service is completed
Long-Term Agreement Incentive
Earn an additional 2% commission on qualifying accounts sold with an 18-month or longer service agreement
Total possible commission on qualifying long-term agreements: 6%
Additional 2% earned when customers pay โYear in Fullโ prior to services rendered
Bed Bug Agreements

RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer inbound customer calls and online leads
Educate customers on pest control services and treatment options
Build trust and provide excellent customer service
Convert leads into recurring service agreements
Accurately enter customer information and service details into company systems
Coordinate with scheduling and operations teams
Follow company pricing, sales processes, and service standards
Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales experience preferred but not required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Basic computer and data entry skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to handle objections and confidently close sales
Reliable attendance and professionalism
The ability to sit for long periods in front of a computer
