About Our Family

We're a fun, energetic family of three (with two friendly cats) living in a cozy home full of love, laughter, and just the right amount of organized chaos. Our two-year-old son keeps us on our toes with his curiosity and playful spirit, and we're also navigating the challenges of caring for a family member undergoing cancer treatment. One parent works long hours outside the home, and the other is focused on building a business from home, so we're often balancing a lot of moving parts. We're a family that values peace, calm, and being fully present with one another, but we need someone who can help bring order to our busy lives so we can focus on what matters most. We're all about creating a space where everyone feels comfortable and supported, but we're also looking for someone who can bring structure and help things run smoothly day-to-day. If you thrive in a warm, loving environment, enjoy variety, and are excited to become a trusted part of our family, we'd love to have you on board!

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You're the kind of person who brings calm to the chaos emotionally steady, adaptable, and able to roll with the punches. We're looking for someone who is naturally proactive, always thinking one step ahead and taking initiative. You thrive on creating systems that make everything flow more smoothly, and you love that feeling of efficiency when everything is in its place. You've got a sunny, positive energy that can lift up a room, and you're always ready to bring your best to the table. While you're full of warmth and care, you also know when to set professional boundaries and take responsibility for what needs to get done. You're detail-oriented and meticulous about keeping everything in order, but you're also flexible and open-minded. We want someone who enjoys being a part of a team and is excited about making life easier for the family. A long-term commitment is key, as we want someone who's willing to grow with us as our family evolves. If you're a self-starter who loves creating order and enjoys a fun, busy household, you'll fit right in with us!
