What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Serve with excellence. Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and a helpful attitude in every interaction.
  • Support everyday banking needs. Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other client transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Build trusted relationships. Listen carefully, answer basic account questions, and help clients feel confident and cared for.
  • Connect clients with solutions. Identify when a client may need additional support and make appropriate referrals to the right team member.
  • Protect and perfect. Follow all cash handling, balancing, security, fraud prevention, confidentiality, and compliance procedures.
  • Grow your knowledge. Complete training and continue building your understanding of banking products, services, systems, and client service expectations.
  • Contribute to the team. Help maintain a clean, organized, professional branch environment and support a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
