ChristianaCare Hospital - West Grove Campus – West Grove, Pennsylvania

• 10-bed emergency department in a community-focused hospital.
• Patient mix includes rural and geriatric.
• Annual volume of 16,000 with a 10% admit rate.
• Epic EMR.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
