Job description

We are building world-class luxury brands in cigars, fine dining, and entertainment, and we’re seeking a polished, professional Pastry Chef to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of one of Miami’s most ambitious premium lifestyle destinations — combining Michelin‑level cuisine, bespoke cocktails, elite cigars, and unforgettable guest experiences.
About the Role:
As a key player in our kitchen, you’ll be responsible for crafting refined, high-end desserts that elevate the guest experience and complement our fine dining standards. This is a rare opportunity to bring your artistry and precision to a world-class hospitality concept.
 What You’ll Do:
  • Design and execute an upscale dessert menu aligned with our luxury brand.

  • Prepare baked goods, plated desserts, and seasonal specials from scratch.

  • Ensure exceptional presentation and consistency in every dish.

  • Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and quality.

  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in fine dining or luxury pastry kitchens.

  • Proven expertise in modern and classic pastry techniques.

  • Strong creative vision and attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management and communication skills.

  • Passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience.
