Morins Exteriors is seeking an Exterior Installation Carpenter to join our field crew in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.

This hands-on role involves installing seamless gutters, siding, exterior trim, flashing, windows, and doors on residential remodeling projects. It is well suited for someone with experience in exterior carpentry, siding installation, window replacement, gutters, or residential renovation work.

The ideal candidate enjoys working outside, notices the small details, and takes pride in producing a clean, professional final result. You will work alongside other experienced field team members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and according to Morins' quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install seamless gutters, downspouts, steel siding, vinyl siding, exterior trim, and flashing.
  • Install windows and doors so they are level, square, plumb, properly fitted, and correctly sealed.
  • Accurately measure, cut, position, and install materials to achieve a clean finished appearance.
  • Maintain safe, orderly, and efficient job sites.
  • Perform work from ladders, near rooflines, and inside attic spaces when necessary.
  • Record work hours, material usage, and project information through JobNimbus and QuickBooks Workforce.
Required Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in residential exterior carpentry, remodeling, siding, windows, gutters, or a related installation field.
  • Strong ability in measuring, layout, material cutting, and exterior product installation.
