Job description

Job Summary:
ShiftCode Analytics, Inc. is focused on enhancing internal automation capabilities across Identity & Access Management (IAM) and NRD-related platforms. They are seeking Software Developers to build and maintain backend automation and internal tooling used by internal teams across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain backend services and automation tools supporting IAM and NRD platforms
• Build integrations that extract, transform, and load data from tenant-based systems into internal tools
• Support automation related to roles, permissions, and provisioning workflows
• Contribute code within established CI/CD pipelines and development standards
• Work with containerized environments and deployment platforms
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to deliver required automation and tooling
• Create and maintain basic documentation to support ongoing development and operations
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong hands-on development experience in Python and/or Java
• Experience developing backend services, automation scripts, or internal tools
• Working knowledge of container technologies such as Kubernetes or similar platforms
• Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins or equivalent tooling)
• Ability to operate effectively within large, complex enterprise environments
