The Company provides turnkey outsourced facility management and arcade operations services for resorts, hotels, casinos, and amusement parks. Additionally, the Company owns and operates standalone family entertainment centers under the In The Game, Max Action, and Bonkers brands. The Company operates nearly 90 locations throughout the U.S.
Position Summary
As a Ride Technician, you are responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all rides and attractions. You play a critical role in delivering a seamless guest experience by maintaining ride performance, minimizing downtime, and upholding the highest safety standards. From routine inspections to troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, you help keep the excitement running safely and smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on rides and attractions to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Execute preventive maintenance programs in partnership with the Technical Manager or General Manager
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement timely solutions
• Ensure all rides meet safety regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and compliance documentation
• Assist with ride testing, startup, and shutdown procedures
• Communicate operational issues, safety concerns, and repair needs promptly to leadership
• Support ride installations, refurbishments, and upgrades as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of ride areas, mechanical rooms, and workspaces
• Assist guests with ride-related concerns in a professional and guest-focused manner
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to protect guests, team members, and company assets
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
• 1+ year of experience in mechanical, electrical, or maintenance-related roles (amusement or ride experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and safety guidelines
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying environmental conditions
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and compliance
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
