Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to come join our Global Financial Services team to work with one or more of our largest financial services industry customers. CSMs help customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their cloud transformation journey.
Key job responsibilities
You'll be a Trusted Advisor to one or more of AWS's largest financial services customers, guiding them through their cloud transformation journey across three pillars:
Value Realization - Identify and accelerate business outcomes by connecting customers with the right AWS services, partner solutions, and best practices at the right time.
Enablement - Build programs that grow your customer's cloud fluency - think skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partnerships, and hands-on learning.
⚙ Governance - Help customers establish the operating models and structures (Cloud/AI CoE, communities of practice, adoption frameworks) that set them up for long-term, scalable success.
A day in the life
You'll split your time between direct customer engagement, partner collaboration, and internal orchestration across AWS teams. On any given day, you might:
Define strategic opportunities tied to large-scale migrations, AI/GenAI, data & analytics, digital innovation, or product modernization
Drive detailed business and technical discussions with stakeholders at every level
Navigate risks and roadblocks using acceleration frameworks to keep programs on track
Coach customers through their cloud journey and advocate for their needs with AWS leadership, product, and engineering teams
Package your best practices into reusable assets that elevate the entire CSM community
This is an individual contributor (IC) role - your impact comes from influence, expertise, and relationships

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience
- 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
- Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification
- Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
