About the Role
Come create the future of live streaming at Twitch. As a member of Twitch's Business Development team, you'll use your industry and product acumen, existing network, and partnership knowledge to support new product initiatives and develop new opportunities with strategic B2B partners that benefit Twitch communities.
To support our growth, we are looking for an accomplished, motivated, and data-driven Senior Manager of Business Development who is a detail-oriented problem solver, thrives in ambiguity, and delivers results with limited oversight

The ideal candidate will have experience with relationship building, financial analysis/modeling, designing creative deal structures, and closing complex partnerships by working with cross-functional partners including product, legal, marketing, partnerships, and sales. You will report to the Director of Business Development and manage new and existing Twitch partnerships, which may include opportunities with other major tech companies, consumer services and products, payments, distribution partners, and more.

You Will
- Both independently and collaboratively identify, source, and close a variety of high impact partnership agreements with a diverse variety of companies. This includes developing strategy within a sector by applying relevant data points to make informed decisions and bring senior leadership on board from initial negotiations through execution to ensure successful long-term partnerships.
- Lead multiple engagements simultaneously across business categories (net-new and existing) from sourcing to go-to-market

This includes driving financial modeling, legal reviews, co-marketing discussions, and appropriate internal reporting including P&L management.
- Explore new business categories and growth opportunities, supported by a business case with sizing and financial projections, reasons to believe, success measures, risk mitigation, and recommendations.
- Build external partner relationships quickly, including working backwards from both companies' goals with an understanding of needs, visions, and strategy on both sides.
- Articulate product vision and strategies to both internal and external partners, and advise Twitch business units by contextualizing relevant insights based on customer feedback, market insights, and data analysis.
