We are a high performing Amazon Delivey Company with high Standards and Excellent operational policies & procedures.
Job Description
Monitor drivers delivery progress and Safe Driving Practices. Set roster and schedule drivers according to route count. Assist with load out and morning distribution of vans & asset bags. Train new drivers. open and close. Inspect vans for damage. Monitor Drivers progress and hours to name a few. Other tasks are expected as well.
Qualifications
Must have 2 years of recent Amazon DSP dispatching.
Must be a good communicator and leader.
Must be able to influence a team.
Must be able to follow Company policies and procedures
Must be able to coach staff as neccessary.
