Summary/Job Scope: The Customer Service Representative provides prompt, professional service to customers while coordinating product availability and delivery logistics. This role ensures a smooth customer experience by effectively managing orders, resolving issues and communicating across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer calls in a timely and courteous manner
  • Accurately enter and process customer orders in the system
  • Coordinate delivery schedules based on customer needs and fleet capacity
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams regarding order status and logistics

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
  • Effective written communication skills, including report writing
  • Comfort presenting information and responding to questions from customers, managers and the general public
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to everyday business situations. 

Seasonal Assignment Details: This seasonal position typically runs through late fall (November) and resumes around April or May each year, depending on operational needs and business demand.
