High Season, located in Adelanto, CA, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate at High Season - Adelanto, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with product selection and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meeting and exceeding measurable sales targets.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.

What We're Looking For

  • Must be 21+ years old with a valid government-issued ID.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous retail or cannabis sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable working toward measurable sales goals.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Open availability, including evenings and weekends.
