Anticipated Time Commitment: Approximately 40 hours per week

Our internship and Season Associate program is all about preparing you for a career in sports ticket sales, partnerships, revenue generation, and game operations. We are hiring a Season Associate who is dedicated to our team, our fans, and the Noblesville community. The Scouting Report:
We are looking for the following qualities and characteristics in a Boom Business Operations Season Associate:

  • This internship requires flexibility with work schedule. Interns will be required to work games and other company and sales events during the evening and weekend.

The Game Plan: This is a great launching point to begin your career in sports ticket sales and partnerships. You'll learn how to support the Noblesville Boom business team across group tickets, premium opportunities, season ticket plans, community outreach, and partnership development. You'll help identify qualified prospects, assist with sales campaigns, support partnership activations, and gain hands-on experience in how an NBA G League franchise grows its fan base, builds local business relationships, creates memorable game-night experiences, and works closely with their parent club. Best of all, you'll be able to shadow sales and partnership staff on calls, appointments, game nights, and community events throughout the season.
Game Recap of Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Researching qualified ticket sales, group sales, premium, and partnership leads.
  • Researching local businesses, schools, youth sports organizations, community groups, nonprofits, and prospective partners throughout Noblesville, Hamilton County, and Central Indiana.
  • Assisting with group ticket blocks, ticket plans, hospitality opportunities, and fan experience packages.
  • Completing data entry, lead tracking, and account updates utilizing Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and ticketing systems.
  • Creating invoices, receipts, flyers, order forms, sales one-sheets, partnership recaps, and other sales support materials.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of ticket sales events, group experiences, partnership activations, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Shadowing ticket sales and partnerships staff on phone calls, appointments, arena tours, game nights, and community events.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:
  • Driver's License
  • Currently enrolled as a junior, senior, or grad student, or completed degree from in an accredited university
