Job Title: Demand Generation Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead and execute multi-channel marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue. This role requires a hands-on marketer who can build, optimize, and scale campaigns across digital channels while aligning closely with Simeio’s services, products, and brand voice.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth across target segments.
  • Own campaign execution end-to-end, including email marketing, paid media (Google and LinkedIn Ads), SEO/SEM, webinars, and social media.
  • Build and optimize landing pages, web forms, and conversion paths using HubSpot.
  • Manage and maintain marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, and nurturing programs.
  • Partner with sales teams to align lead quality, pipeline targets, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and enrich contact databases using tools like ZoomInfo to improve segmentation and targeting.
  • Oversee Salesforce and HubSpot integration to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media that reflects Simeio’s services, product offerings, and company culture.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights (conversion rates, CPL, ROI).
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging across all demandgen programs.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing within the technology industry.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or related domains as a plus.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot (marketing automation, email, landing pages, workflows).
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce for campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Experience with ZoomInfo or similar data enrichment platforms.
  • Proven ability to build and optimize landing pages, web forms, and conversion funnels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Experience managing B2B social media content calendars aligned to business goals.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
