SEO/SEM Analyst

Our electronic distribution company is looking for a SEO/PPC Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimizing our online presence and increasing our reach within the hotel and hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for increasing organic search visibility within the hotel and hospitality sector.
  • Optimize on-page content, including website copy, meta tags, images, and other elements, to improve search engine rankings and user experience through Wordpress
  • Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to enhance the authority and credibility of our website within the industry.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that addresses the needs and interests of our target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to ensure our strategies remain effective and compliant.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI and reach our target audience effectively.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SEO and SEM efforts, providing insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation within the electronic distribution and hospitality markets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO/SEM strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
  • Manage all aspects of the SEO campaign from start to finish including managing content, writing copy, creating landing pages, optimizing URLs for keywords and using Google Analytics to monitor performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO/SEM Analyst, preferably within the hospitality or hotel related industry.
  • In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with managing Google Ads and/or Linkedin Ads campaigns.
