ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in person attendance at our office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

ASI is seeking a Campaign Manager to own the growth strategy and campaign performance for a defined segment of the business, with a primary focus on new customer acquisition and expansion within existing customers. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Growth Marketing this individual will serve as the strategic owner of growth for their segment, partnering closely with Paid Media, SEO/Website, Marketing Operations, Events Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive business impact.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. Individual pay within the range will be based on role related experience, education, skills, and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Own growth strategy for a defined business segment, with accountability for pipeline and revenue performance.
  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaign strategies focused on new customer acquisition and expansion within existing customers.
  • Define audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, offers, and channel mix aligned to business objectives.
  • Build and manage quarterly campaign roadmaps tied to pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Own measurement of campaign performance, including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Analyze full-funnel performance to identify drop-off points and optimization opportunities.
  • Lead structured testing across messaging, targeting, creative, and channels to continuously improve results.
  • Partner with Paid Media, SEO/Website, and Marketing Operations teams to execute integrated campaigns effectively.
  • Develop clear campaign briefs outlining objectives, audience, messaging, and success metrics, and guide channel execution.
  • Act as a primary marketing partner to Sales leadership, co-owning pipeline goals and ensuring alignment on lead quality and conversion expectations.
  • Leverage HubSpot and CRM data to monitor performance, track lead flow, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation roles.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable acquisition and pipeline growth through marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting funnel and campaign performance data.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms, including reporting, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize multi-channel campaign strategies.
  • Experience working closely with Sales leadership in a revenue-driven environment.
    Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence teams without direct authority.
  • Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable campaign strategies.
