Our marketing team supports multiple brands across the western United States by generating qualified leads, building trust within local communities, and showcasing the incredible work our teams complete every day.


We're looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, digital marketing, storytelling, and working on a variety of projects. This position is based in Omaha and is an in-office position.


What You'll Do

Website & SEO Content

One of your primary responsibilities will be creating and managing website content that helps build trust with homeowners while improving local search visibility.

  • Create Before & After pages, Job Stories, project spotlights, customer stories, case studies, blogs, photo galleries, and educational content.
  • Assist with website updates, landing pages, and content management
  • Support local SEO initiatives across multiple markets


Social Media & Content Marketing

Help manage social media across multiple brands by creating engaging, locally relevant content that highlights our people, projects, and communities.

  • Build monthly content calendars and create, schedule, and manage social media posts
  • Create content focused on recruiting, company culture, employees, and community involvement
  • Assist with short-form video creation for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube


Digital Marketing Support

Assist with a variety of ongoing digital marketing initiatives.

  • Manage Google Business Profile updates and Google Local Services Ads (GLSA) content
  • Assist with website content management and email marketing
  • Organize digital content organization and marketing assets across multiple brands


Trade Shows & Community Events

Support the planning and execution of local marketing events that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

  • Research and evaluate trade shows, home shows, sponsorships, and community events
  • Coordinate event registration, logistics, booth displays, signage, and promotional materials
  • Assist with company events, employee appreciation events, industry events, and community outreach initiatives


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong writing, editing, communication, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote marketing team
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to support regional marketing initiatives (about 4-6 times per year with trips being between 2-4 days).
  • Experience preferred (but not required) with Salesforce, i360, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-assisted marketing tools
