We're currently seeking a Lead Gutter Installer to join our team and help us take our service to the next level.


Job Description:

As a Gutter Installer, you will be responsible for working on one of our installation crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering excellent service on every job site. You’ll play a key role in the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train a small crew on residential and commercial gutter installation jobs
  • Measure, cut, and install gutter systems with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order
  • Perform site clean-up and final quality checks


Requirements:

  • Must be drug-free
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Experience in gutter installation or general construction
  • Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
  • Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
