The Tox is a rapidly expanding luxury wellness brand redefining body sculpting through our signature technique and elevated client experience. We are seeking an experienced, driven, and sales-focused Studio Manager to lead our Livingston studio.

This is more than a management position, it's an opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, create an exceptional client experience, and play a key role in the continued growth of an innovative wellness brand.


Position Summary

The Studio Manager is responsible for the overall success of the Livingston studio, leading all aspects of daily operations, sales performance, employee development, and client experience. This individual will serve as the leader of the studio, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence while partnering with Leadership to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven ability to drive sales, and is passionate about coaching and developing people.

What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new team members in partnership with Leadership
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and employee development meetings.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional client service.
  • Support employee relations, attendance management, performance improvement, and corrective action while partnering with Leadership
  • Lead daily team huddles and ongoing training to ensure consistent execution of company standards.

Sales & Business Growth

  • Own the financial performance of the studio by driving revenue, memberships, retail sales, client retention, referrals, and rebooking.
  • Coach the team to consistently achieve and exceed individual and studio sales goals.
  • Analyze KPIs including revenue, conversion, retention, retail performance, labor, and client satisfaction, implementing action plans to improve results.
  • Develop local marketing initiatives, community partnerships, and business development opportunities to increase studio awareness and drive new client acquisition.
  • Monitor business trends and proactively identify opportunities to increase profitability.

Studio Operations

  • Oversee all day-to-day studio operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and an exceptional client experience.
  • Manage employee scheduling, staffing levels, inventory, ordering, and operational workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.
  • Resolve client concerns professionally while maintaining The Tox's commitment to exceptional service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
  • Partner with Leadership to execute promotions, operational initiatives, and company programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in wellness, beauty, hospitality, retail, fitness, or another customer-focused service industry.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and driving sales performance.
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing employees.
  • Strong knowledge of sales, customer service, and business operations.
  • Ability to analyze KPIs and develop strategies that improve revenue and operational performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Mindbody or similar scheduling/POS software is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
