Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead
Whippany, NJ - 2 days onsite
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to facilitate and support Agile teams in delivering high-quality, iterative solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure Agile best practices are followed, remove delivery impediments, improve collaboration across teams, and enable continuous improvement within the Agile framework.
This role requires strong stakeholder management, leadership, governance, and delivery management experience, preferably within enterprise or banking environments.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience
  • 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for multiple teams/squads
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
