Job Title: Scrum Master
Location : Miami, FL
Notice : Immediate

The provision of agile delivery services in the form of Iteration Management (Scrum) capabilities focussing on best practice agile processes for the software delivery teams. This includes:
Identifying the scope of work for each iteration from the Product backlog.
Running all standard Agile ceremonies for multiple Agile projects, i.e. retrospective, grooming, stand-ups etc.
Ensuring effective engagement and partnership between architectural and technical specialists across key internal and external delivery teams and stakeholder groups
Production of typical agile artefacts: sprint/product backlogs.
Reporting and accelerating team velocity, burndown etc.
Coaching of business users in agile roles and responsibilities i.e. Product Owner, Scrum Master
Removal of impediments to team success
Liaise closely with stakeholders to determine and communicate planned releases according to the Customer's business rules for prioritisation and scheduling of Connect application releases.
Mandatory to have Scrum Master certification
