Role SummaryAssociated Bank is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and ongoing enhancement of digital banking products and experiences. In this role, you will shape product roadmaps, identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, and partner across the organization to deliver solutions that drive business growth, primarily focusing on our Treasury Management area. Key Accountabilities
Develop and manage the digital product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver customer and business value.
Drive product strategy by evaluating customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Partner with engineering, delivery, and channel teams to bring new features and enhancements to market.
