This role leads backlog refinement, facilitates key team-level ceremonies, and partners closely with engineering, architecture, networking, leadership, and Scrum Masters to promote coordinated, value-driven outcomes. The coach also enables portfolio-level visibility through Portfolio Kanban systems, optimized Jira configuration, and cross-program risk and dependency management, while supporting planning activities and advancing technical and data-infrastructure initiatives using tools such as Databricks and SPORK. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
