This role goes beyond a single team, focusing on¿ organizational impediment removal, Agile coaching, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement at scale . The Scrum Master Lead acts as a servant leader, coach, and trusted advisor to delivery teams and leadership.
What you will do at Sogeti:
Key Responsibilities:
Agile & Scrum Leadership
  • Serve as¿ Lead Scrum Master ¿across multiple Agile teams or a complex program
  • Facilitate and oversee Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand - ups , Reviews, Retrospectives) while ensuring consistency and quality
  • Coach Scrum Masters and delivery teams on¿ Agile principles, self - organization , and continuous improvement
  • Ensure Scrum and Agile frameworks are understood, adopted, and effectively executed

Program & Organizational Enablement
  • Identify and remove¿ cross - team , program - level , and organizational impediments
  • Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Delivery Leads to improve¿ value flow and predictability
  • Support Agile delivery in¿ hybrid environments ¿(Scrum, SAFe , Kanban, Waterfall as applicable)
  • Drive alignment across dependent teams and shared services

Coaching & Leadership
