Job description

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology
  • Manage scrum team across shores, working on Pharmacy Delivery program who are enhancing the application to interact with next-gen pharmacy application
  • Proficient in Scrum process by creating Scrum boards, creating user stories and link them/ tag them to Epics appropriately to get the wholistic view
  • Organize and facilitate Kickoff session with all needed stakeholders and Sprint 0 sessions to groom the Epics and provide Epic plan with detailed milestones
  • Facilitate all other Scrum meetings like project planning, estimation sessions, daily standup, demo, retrospective etc
  • Interact with client business team to help define the project roadmap on the backlog items - Have some level of technical knowledge to understand Tuxedo,Proc, Java changes
  • Work with Release Engineering team to plan and deploy the project as part of pilot/ chainwide deployment process
  • Oversee billing, forecasting and resource utilization to make sure the approved & allocated budget is spread across the team property
  • Make sure the entire team is fully utilized and call out appropriately on resource availability/ team availability well ahead to secure next project
